FEMA will discuss with the recipient any findings from monitoring that may require remediation. The recipient must provide a plan and timeline to address the findings within 30 calendar days of notice from the region. If the corrective measures are not implemented or cannot be implemented within a reasonable time frame, FEMA will notify the recipient of the options available, including possible revocation of the PAS status.
