Newly Approved Transportation Service Providers

Once you have received an email confirmation from FEMA indicating that you have been approved for the 2024 FEMA Tender of Service Program year, complete the following steps to confirm that you are set up to receive payments from FEMA, have full access to LSCMS, and are eligible to submit annual trucking rates during the Rate Filing Cycle.

You are not approved for the FEMA Tender of Service Program until you receive an official approval email from the FEMA Tender of Service Program team.

1. Enroll in Third Party Payment System in U.S. Bank Syncada

Estimated time: One week to two months (dependent on how quickly TSP provides necessary information to U.S. bank)

New Transportation Service Providers

If you are a new TSP, once you are approved the Transportation Programs team will email you with information on how to contact U.S. Bank to enroll with Syncada. You may not contact U.S. Bank unless you receive this email from FEMA first.

Returning Transportation Service Providers

If you are a returning 2024 FEMA Approved TSP and wish to verify that your company’s Syncada enrollment is still active, please email fema-transportation-programs@fema.gov for assistance. Otherwise, no action is needed.

Remember: Syncada enrollment MUST be completed in order to be eligible to move FEMA loads. TSP applicants can be removed from the program if they do not apply for their Syncada account by the deadline listed in their welcome email.
