On October 5, 2018, the President signed the Disaster Recovery Reform Act of 2018 (DRRA) into law as part of the Federal Aviation Administration Reauthorization Act of 2018.
Section 1228 of DRRA directed FEMA, in coordination with the Federal Highway Administration, to develop Public Assistance guidance specific to inundated and submerged roads.
