Fiscal Year 2024 Shelter and Services Program - Allocated (SSP-A) (Amended)

This document addresses key changes related to the amended Shelter and Services Program – Allocated (SSP-A) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). Applicants should refer to the amended SSP-A NOFO for full details and application requirements.

In Fiscal Year (FY) 2024, SSP-A provides $300 million to non-federal entities for services associated with noncitizen migrant arrivals in their communities.

The Shelter and Services Program (SSP) is administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in partnership with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). SSP provides financial support to non-federal entities that provide humanitarian services to noncitizen migrants following their release from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
