DENTON, Texas – New preliminary flood maps are now available for Denton County residents to review. Communities affected by the maps include Corinth, Lake Dallas and Shady Shores.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) awarded more than $3.3 million to the City of Houston to reimburse the city for sheltering citizens following Hurricane Harvey.

AUSTIN, Texas – The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has awarded more than $4.4 million to the City of Friendswood for debris removal following Hurricane Harvey.

The city removed more than 150,000 cubic yards of debris after the storm’s wind and flooding.
