Louisiana residents with damage from Hurricane Francine have just a few days remaining to apply for disaster assistance. Nov. 18 is the registration deadline for survivors in Ascension, Assumption, Lafourche, Jefferson, St. Charles, St. James, St. John the Baptist, St. Mary and Terrebonne parishes.
