Pasco County will elevate one single-family home.

alert - info

Pasco County, Florida: $293,999

Project Description

Pasco County will elevate a single-family home that has four loss claims. This one-story structure was built in 1974 on a slab-on-grade foundation and is located within the coastal AE flood zone with a Base Flood Elevation (BFE) of 11 feet. The structure’s lowest floor elevation is 5.4 feet and must be elevated at least 7.6 feet to meet the proposed minimum design flood elevation of 13 feet. This project will prevent floodwaters from reaching the living areas and will also protect the home against a 100-year storm event.
