DENVER – The Federal Emergency Management Agency announced $14.7 million in additional funding for COVID-19 response efforts in Colorado. The assistance was made available under the major disaster declaration issued March 28 by President Trump.
The funding is being provided to the Colorado Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management for contract costs to healthcare staffing companies for supplemental personnel to support medical facilities around the state for the time period of April 1 to June 30.
