Denise Morales serves as FEMA’s Deputy Chief Component Procurement Officer. In this role, she supports the Chief Component Procurement Officer in leading and delivering the best business solutions by providing a full range of acquisition services to FEMA programs, partners, and the survivor community in a manner that is directly focused on the mission of FEMA. Denise previously served in various leadership positions within FEMA’s Office of the Chief Component Procurement Officer to include Senior Advisor; Deputy Director, Acquisition Program and Policy Division – Customer Support; Chief, Business Relations Branch; and Chief, Portfolio Management Section. She has also held other leadership positions at the Federal Housing and Finance Agency, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, and the Defense Logistics Agency. Denise holds a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón and a Master’s Degree in management and a Certificate in Organizational Development from Marymount University.
