Texas residents displaced by Hurricane Harvey and eligible for the Transitional Sheltering Assistance (TSA) program can find participating hotels online with the TSA hotel app.
TSA is for eligible disaster survivors who have a continuing need for short-term accommodation after temporary shelters have closed and they are still unable to return to their homes.
Disaster survivors can find participating TSA hotels by going to DisasterAssistance.gov and clicking on the Transitional Sheltering Assistance (TSA) Hotel Locator on the home page.
Steps to find a participating TSA hotel in your area:
- Visit the link above.
- Enter your address in the search bar on the right of the screen.
- Participating hotels in your area will appear on the screen.
- Click the bed icon to get more information about each hotel (name, address, phone number, accepts pets).
- Call the desired hotel and book your stay.
