Recipients will be expected to continue to maintain performance as agreed to in the agreement and Administrative Plan or the management plan for the non-disaster option for review of local mitigation plans. Recipients will maintain the performance levels under which they were evaluated for PAS status. If FEMA finds significant declines in performance, the agency will provide the recipient information regarding the consequences for non-compliance, including the circumstances in which PAS status can be revoked.
