Event Details

FEMA is hosting a 1-hour webinar on OneResponder, on June 18, from 1-2 p.m. ET, and on June 20, 2024, from 1-2 p.m. ET.

The webinar will cover the basic capabilities and functions of OneResponder and explore new features recently added to the tool. Resource management is the cornerstone of preparing for and responding to incidents that require mutual aid among agencies and jurisdictions. OneResponder is the personnel qualifications management tool for use by the community. As part of the National Resource Hub, it supports the implementation of the National Incident Management System’s (NIMS) resource management objective to qualify, certify, and credential incident personnel and aids in implementing the National Qualifications System (NQS).

The webinar will explain OneResponder’s role in the resource management process. Additionally, participants will gain insights into recent updates to the system, including the ability to import National Emergency Training Center (NETC) training for users with valid FEMA Student IDs, the ability to decertify a responder from a position, improvements to the training import template, a new messaging capability for responders, and military locations available when adding locations. Participants will be able to ask questions at the end of the presentation.
