North Platte River will conduct a realignment of the North Platte River at Boozer Creek. The goal of this project is to reduce the risk of avulsion and remove the temporary flood mitigation measures that were installed in the past. This will allow workers to create a more permanent and natural-looking riparian area and provides long-term stability through vegetation. The project will reconnect the existing road and irrigation ditch to their existing alignments.
