Stephanie Dobitsch previously served as FEMA’s Assistant Administrator for National Preparedness, leading the agency’s efforts to provide guidance, training, education, exercise, and community preparedness support to enhance the capabilities of our partners and communities across the United States and internationally.
Prior to joining FEMA, Ms. Dobitsch served as the Deputy Under Secretary for the Office of Intelligence and Analysis in the Department of Homeland Security. In this capacity, she oversaw the development and delivery of high-quality intelligence tailored to meet the needs of homeland security stakeholders. Ms. Dobitsch has decades of experience working national security issues, serving in a variety of intelligence roles in support of multiple departments and agencies.
Ms. Dobitsch received her Bachelor of Science in International Studies from the University of Scranton. She currently attends Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business as part of the Executive Master of Business Administration program.
