C.2. Eligibility

C.2.1. Eligible Activities

Technical assistance activities under FMA are those activities applicants need to complete to maintain a viable FMA program. Technical assistance activities under BRIC support communities that may not have the resources to begin planning and project solution design on their own. Refer to the relevant fiscal year NOFOs for more information.[358]
