FEMA works with private companies for transportation services through the FEMA Tender of Service Program (FEMA STOS Program). We welcome transportation providers from all sectors to apply to become FEMA-approved Transportation Service Providers (TSPs) during our open registration periods.
We need transportation providers for:
- Full Truckload (FTL or TL)
- Less Than Truckload (LTL)
- Maritime, Air, Rail
- Transportable Temporary Housing Units (TTHU)
Be cautious if someone offers to register your company with the FEMA Tender of Service Program or promises to improve your chances of winning a contract for a fee.
