FEMA Individual Assistance helps disaster survivors begin recovery by providing grants for basic, critical needs. Answers to questions about the federal assistance process can be found below.
Temporary FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers are now open in Darke, Delaware and Miami counties to help residents kickstart their recovery after the March 14 tornadoes.
Ohio residents who applied for FEMA assistance for the March 14 tornadoes will receive a letter from FEMA. The letter will explain your application status and how to respond. It is important to read the letter carefully because it will include the amount of any assistance FEMA may provide or documents FEMA may still need from you.
