Project Description

The township of Pequannock in Morris County, New Jersey is seeking to elevate seven residential properties in the Special Flood Hazard Area that have received 40 severe repetitive and repetitive loss claims. Pequannock is committed to elevating its most flood-prone homes. This will allow first responders to focus on critical services and infrastructure and aim to elevate the homes three feet above the base flood elevation to provide them increased protection.
