Following is a summary of key federal disaster aid programs that can be made available as needed and warranted under President Donald J. Trump's disaster declaration issued for the state of Vermont.

WASHINGTON – FEMA announced that federal disaster assistance has been made available to the state of Vermont to supplement state and local recovery efforts in the areas affected by a severe storm and flooding on April 15, 2019.

Region 1 – More than $1 million in federal assistance has been awarded to the State of Connecticut to help cover costs of the May 15, 2018 severe storms, tornadoes, and straight-line winds that impacted communities in Fairfield and New Haven counties.

BOSTON, MA— More than $2 million in federal assistance has been awarded to the State of Maine to help cover costs of the March 2-8, 2018, severe storm and flooding that impacted York County.

BOSTON, MA-The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has awarded nearly $17 million in federal grants to communities throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for damages from two severe winter storms and flooding events that occurred in March of 2018.
