TMAC Charter
The TMAC Charter establishes the Council’s objectives and scope of responsibilities. It also identifies to whom the Council reports and establishes the role of Designated Federal Officer (DFO) to oversee the day to day activities of the Council.

TMAC Bylaws
The TMAC Bylaws identify the authority and purpose of the TMAC and outline the roles and responsibilities of its members. It also outlines the procedures that must be taken for TMAC Public Meetings and establishes the TMAC Subcommittees.
