Human Resources Forms
A variety of forms are required as part of the new hire process within your first two days with FEMA. Here's what you can expect.
- Your HR Specialist will contact you with details on how to access the Federal Human Resources (FHR) site and fill out these forms prior to your first day with FEMA.
- An HR Processing Specialist will verify your identification documents for Employment Verification (Form I-9) and process your Standard Form 1199A (Direct Deposit Sign-Up Form).
- Benefits forms will be filled out after you begin working with FEMA. Please do not complete any benefits forms prior to your arrival. For details and information about all of the federal benefits please visit the New Federal Employee Enrollment webpage.
