Subapplication “Not Selected” means the subapplication does satisfy the basic eligibility or completeness requirements. This status does not reflect eligibility determinations made if it was subject to the cost-effectiveness and technical feasibility requirements.
Note: For fiscal year 2022 only, this means the subapplication meets the grant program requirements but was not selected due to limited program funding for which program priorities set forth in the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) are used to determine project ranking.
