Homeless Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG-CV)
Formula funding for metropolitan cities, urban counties, territories, and states, who may subgrant to private non-profits for emergency sheltering. Shelters must serve homeless persons for 3-10 years. See 24 CFR §576.102 - Congressionally-funded grant available on a first come, first serve basis.
