Deputy Director, Office of National Capital Region Coordination

Mr. Wall currently serves as the Deputy Director for the Office of National Capital Region Coordination, Department of Homeland Security.  The Office oversees and coordinates Federal programs for and relationships with State, local and regional authorities in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Mr. Wall’s federal career has been in service to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) from 1989 through 2004 and from 2006 through the present.   During this time he has worked in FEMA’s national security programs as well as in the Agency’s regional liaison office and policy office. Prior to joining the Office of National Capital Region in 2003, Mr. Wall served as the Director of Critical Infrastructure Recovery for the Response and Recovery Directorate of the White House Office of Homeland Security (OHS). 

Mr. Wall received a bachelor's degree in government from Lehigh University and completed graduate studies in public policy at Georgetown University.
