State, local, tribal and territorial government officials are primarily responsible for managing disaster recovery in their communities. Identifying and managing resources can be a significant burden to local governments, who often do not know where to start.
These resources provide a starting point for local officials to begin and maintain whole community recovery.
On Jan. 24, 2023, FEMA released the second version of the Roadmap to Federal Resources for Disaster Recovery Web Tool to help partners at all levels of government, nonprofit organizations, individual survivors, and other interested parties navigate the complex post-disaster federal funding landscape.
