It is at:   Frasch Park (Ball field) 400 Picard Road Sulphur, LA 70663   The DRC in East Lake Charles previously announced as closing on Dec. 15 will remain open until Dec. 18, and close then at 5 p.m. it is at: Calcasieu Parish Police Jury 2000 Moeling Street Lake Charles, LA 70601   Louisiana survivors may visit any other DRC in the state.
