CLAIR COUNTY, Ill. – Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC) in St. Clair County, Illinois will close for one day on Election Day, Tuesday, November 8. Both sites are polling locations. Centers will reopen on Wednesday, November 9 at 7:30 a.m. to assist those affected by the flooding of July 25-28. Centers will be closed on Sundays beginning November 6.
