The centers will reopen on Tuesday, Feb. 20, at 9 a.m. The only exception to this is the Brazoria County DRC, which opens Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 8 a.m. The FEMA Helpline will still be open. You can contact the Helpline at 800-621-3362 (voice, 711 or VRS) or 800-462-7585 (TTY). Normal business hours for most DRCs are Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Exception: The DRC in the Central Brazoria County Business Park in Angleton, TX will continue operating Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Survivors can visit any DRC for assistance.
