Recovery Divisions
The Recovery Directorate oversees six (6) divisions to facilitate disaster recovery needs:
 

  • Individual Assistance (IA) Division ensures that individuals and families affected by disasters have access to the full range of FEMA programs and information in a timely manner and provide the highest level of service to applicants
  • Interagency Coordination Division (ICD) furthers the objectives of the National Disaster Recovery Framework by coordinating federal interagency support for timely, effective, and integrated disaster field operations
  • Public Assistance (PA) Division provides assistance for debris removal, emergency protective measures, and the repair, replacement, or restoration of disaster-damaged, publicly owned facilities
  • Recovery Reporting and Analytics Division (RRAD) provides reporting, analytics and projection capabilities help discover patterns in data to help anticipate recovery needs
  • Recovery Technology Programs Division (RTPD) enables mission capabilities for Recovery and its partners through IT advocacy, stewardship, governance, process improvement, and innovative technology
  • Service Center Support collaborates with disaster relief partners and provide assistance to individuals and families affected by a disaster through highly trained, compassionate staff focused on proving professional, timely, and quality service.
