FEMA APPROVES AN ADDITIONAL $4 MILLION FOR COLORADO’S COVID-19 RESPONSE [https://www.fema.gov/press-release/20240315/fema-approves-additional-4-million-colorados-covid-19-response] DENVER – FEMA has approved an additional $4 million in Public Assistance funding for the COVID-19 response in Colorado.  This most recent funding reimburses the Vail Clinic for rental and personal protective equipment, and contract labor and support used as emergency protective measures during the COVID-19 pandemic. These costs were incurred from January 20, 2020, to July 1, 2022.  FEMA has now approved more than $2 BILLION in Public Assistance grant funds to Colorado for their pandemic response.  These reimbursements play a critical role as state, tribal and local officials worked to assist their communities during their COVID-19 response.
